- ad account
Run the full list when you start working with a new therapy practice, then use the "Monthly review" and "Ethics and regulations" sections every month. If you work as an agency, tick the items off with the practitioner; some can only be closed with their sign-off.
Setup and profiles
- The practitioner's diploma title, training, and certificates are collected in one folder, and all copy is written against that list.
- The Instagram bio has the title, city, online session info, and one link; no inflation like "best" or "expert."
- The Google Business Profile is in the right category, address and hours are current, and the business name has no keywords.

First message from an adHi {FIRST_NAME}, thank you for writing to the {PRACTICE} team. I'm {COORDINATOR}, the client coordinator. To find the right practitioner for you, we start with a short intro call; it isn't therapy, just a chance to meet. Two quick questions: 1. Is the support for you, for you as a couple, or for your child? 2. Do you prefer online or in person? No need to write any details.
