Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of the DFX Community by Advosphere platform (https://dfx.advosphere.com). The platform is owned and operated by the seller identified below:

Description of the service
The platform is a digital content service that provides fixed-term access over the internet to video courses on social media management, digital advertising, content production, and sales processes, to template and resource files, and to an AI prompt library.
No physical products are sold; the service is provided entirely electronically.
Creating an account
Creating an account is free. By creating an account, the user declares that the information they provide is accurate and up to date. The user is responsible for keeping their account details and password secure.
Persons under the age of 18 may not create an account on the platform or purchase a membership.
Membership and access
Access to the course content is provided through the membership plan purchased. Plans currently on sale: Monthly ₺349 (1 month), 3 Months ₺899 (3 months), 6 Months ₺1,699 (6 months), Yearly ₺3,149 (1 year), Lifetime Access ₺7,999 (lifetime). The stated prices include VAT.
Access is granted to the account automatically once the payment is confirmed. When the membership period expires, access ends automatically.
Use of content
The videos, documents, templates, and prompt sets on the platform are for the member's own use only. Recording, copying, reproducing, sharing with third parties, reselling, or publishing the content in any medium is prohibited.
If account sharing, use of the same account by more than one person, or extraction of content from the platform is detected, the membership may be terminated without a refund.
Intellectual property
All rights to the content, trademarks, software, and design elements on the platform belong to Ferhat Özdemir and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK). Unauthorized use gives rise to civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of liability
The course content is provided for informational and professional development purposes. Results vary depending on the industry, budget, market, and the person applying the methods; no specific result, revenue, earnings, or performance is guaranteed.
The rules of advertising platforms and the relevant legislation may change. The user alone is responsible for making sure that the campaigns they run and the content they produce comply with applicable law.
Access to the platform may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance or where technically necessary. Such interruptions are kept to a reasonable duration.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication. Rights already acquired under active memberships are preserved.
