What language are the lessons in?
The video lessons are recorded in Turkish. The prompt, content, and resource libraries are also available in English.
How do I become a member?
First, you create a free account. It lets you browse the entire library and see which lessons are in each course. Then you choose a plan and pay by card on iyzico's secure payment page. Your access opens automatically as soon as the payment is approved. If you have a membership code, you can redeem it directly from your dashboard.
How soon do I get access?
When you pay by card, your access opens automatically the moment the payment is approved, and the locks come off every course in your dashboard. If you have an activation code, enter it on the My membership page in your dashboard and your access opens right away. If anything goes wrong, email topluluk@advosphere.com and we'll sort it out the same day.
Does the Monthly plan give me access to everything?
Yes. The only difference between plans is how long they last. Even on the Monthly plan, you get the entire library, the files, and the prompt sets. The Yearly and Lifetime plans also include new courses added during the year and the live session archive.
Whose experience are the courses based on?
They're based on the campaigns Advosphere runs in healthcare. Over 5 years, the agency has managed more than ₺15 million in ad spend and worked with more than 20 clinics and hospitals. The setups you learn in the courses are the same ones used in the field.
Is it right for me if I've never run ads?
Yes. The Meta Ads System course starts with creating the ad account. The Instagram Algorithm and Video Editing courses are beginner level, too. The recommended learning path in your dashboard shows you what order to take the courses in.
Are the lessons live or recorded?
The lesson library is recorded, so you can watch whenever you like, at your own pace. The Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans also include live Q&A sessions. If you can't make one, the recording is added to the library.
Can I download the templates and files?
Yes. Checklists, spreadsheets, quote templates, CapCut and Premiere templates, and prompt sets are all downloadable. As long as your membership is active, you get the latest versions.
What happens when my membership ends?
Your access closes, but your account stays. You can buy any plan later and pick up where you left off on the same account. With the Lifetime plan, there's no end date.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. You can enter your billing details at checkout. Your invoice is issued with those details and emailed to you. If you need anything else, write to topluluk@advosphere.com.
What's your refund policy?
Access to digital content counts as used the moment it opens. If you ask to cancel before your access opens, your payment is refunded. See the Delivery and Refund Policy page for details.
