Payment data and payment security
Payments are collected through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT).
Payment details such as the card number, expiration date, and security code are sent directly to the payment institution's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure; this information is not passed to our site, and we do not see or store it.
Card transactions are processed with 3D Secure authentication. All traffic between the site and your browser is encrypted with a TLS certificate. Passwords are stored in the database as irreversible hashes (scrypt), not as plain text.
The payment institution sends us only the result of the transaction and the buyer's name, email address, and billing information. For iyzico's data processing principles, see https://www.iyzico.com
Cookies
The platform uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. Member login does not work without this cookie. The cookie can be read only by the server (httpOnly) and is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
No third-party tracking cookies are used for marketing purposes, and user behavior is not shared with advertising networks.
Data sharing
Personal data is not sold, rented out, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is shared only where the service requires it: with the payment institution to collect payment, with the email service provider to deliver notification emails, and with the competent public authorities where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as the account is active and for the retention periods required by the relevant legislation (10 years for commercial books and records). When the period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.
You can request the deletion of your account and data by writing to topluluk@advosphere.com. Your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
Data breaches and contact
If personal data is unlawfully obtained by others, the data subjects concerned and the Personal Data Protection Board will be notified within the period required by law.
