Purposes of processing and legal basis
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases: the formation and performance of the membership agreement (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)), compliance with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)), the establishment and protection of a right (KVKK Art. 5(2)(e)), and the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
Your data is collected electronically through your account, by partially automated means.
Data transfers
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be transferred to the licensed payment institution to carry out payment transactions, to the email service provider to send notifications, to the server provider as part of the hosting service, and to the competent public authorities where required by law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Find out whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing if your data has been processed
- Find out the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of your data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request the erasure or destruction of your data where the required conditions are met
- Request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of any correction, erasure, or destruction
- Object to an outcome against you that arises from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully
How to submit a request
You can send your requests in writing, together with information that proves your identity, by email to topluluk@advosphere.com or to our postal address, Cennet Mah. Turgut Reis Cad. Mergen Apt. No: 32 İç Kapı No: 18, Küçükçekmece / İstanbul. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
If your request is rejected or not answered in time, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
