Distance Sales Agreement

01Article 1 — Parties: SELLER

This agreement has been concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose details are given below, and the BUYER, on the terms and conditions set out below.

02Article 2 — Parties: BUYER

The BUYER is the natural or legal person who purchases a membership through https://dfx.advosphere.com and provides their first name, last name, email address, and billing information at the time of purchase.

The BUYER acknowledges and declares that, before approving this agreement, they have read and understood the preliminary information on the seller's details, the essential characteristics of the service covered by this agreement, the total price including VAT, the method of payment and delivery, and the right of withdrawal.

03Article 3 — Subject of the agreement

The subject of this agreement is the service the BUYER purchases electronically on the DFX Community by Advosphere platform: fixed-term or lifetime access to digital training content, with the characteristics and sale price set out below.

The service covers access over the internet to video courses, template and resource files, and the AI prompt library. No physical product is shipped.

04Article 4 — Price of the service and payment

The plans currently on sale and their prices, including VAT, are listed below. No shipping, delivery, service, or transaction fees are charged in addition to the stated prices.

• Monthly: ₺349 (VAT included) — 30 days of access, one-time payment
• 3 Months: ₺899 (VAT included) — 90 days of access, one-time payment
• 6 Months: ₺1,699 (VAT included) — 180 days of access, one-time payment
• Yearly: ₺3,149 (VAT included) — 365 days of access, one-time payment
• Lifetime Access: ₺7,999 (VAT included) — lifetime access, one-time payment

05Article 5 — Method of payment

Payment is collected upfront, in full, by credit or debit card with 3D Secure authentication, through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT).

The BUYER's card details are not transmitted to the SELLER, and the SELLER neither sees nor stores them.

The SELLER issues the sales invoice based on the billing information the BUYER provides at the time of purchase and sends it to the BUYER's email address.

For all plans, the price is collected as a ONE-TIME payment. The BUYER's card is not stored, no recurring (subscription) charges are made, and no automatic renewal takes place at the end of the period.

When the plan period expires, access ends automatically. If the BUYER wishes to continue, they make a new purchase; apart from this, no additional charge of any kind is made to the BUYER.

06Article 6 — Delivery

The service covered by this agreement is intangible and is performed instantly in electronic form.

Delivery takes place when, after the payment is confirmed, access is automatically granted to the BUYER's account and the activation details are sent to the email address the BUYER provided. Delivery is instant from the moment the payment is confirmed and may not exceed 30 days under any circumstances.

No shipping or delivery fee is charged to the BUYER. If delivery fails because the BUYER provided an incorrect email address, the BUYER bears responsibility; once the correct address is provided, delivery is made again.

07Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

At the time of purchase, the BUYER accepts this exception and agrees that the right of withdrawal is lost once access is granted, which happens instantly.

Nevertheless, the SELLER refunds the price for cancellation requests submitted before access has been granted and in the other cases listed on the Delivery and Refund Policy page.

08Article 8 — Default and general provisions

For payments the BUYER makes by credit card, if the bank concerned does not pay the amount for a reason not attributable to the SELLER, the SELLER's obligation to grant access ceases.

If the BUYER uses the service in breach of the Terms of Use, or reproduces or shares the content, the SELLER reserves the right to terminate the membership without a refund.

09Article 9 — Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or at the place where the transaction was made have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes above these limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

10Article 10 — Entry into force

By approving this agreement electronically at the payment step, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all of its terms. The agreement enters into force the moment the payment is confirmed, and a copy is sent to the BUYER's email address.
