Most agency problems don't start in the ads; they start in gaps in the process: whose account, whose approval, whose data. This list closes those gaps. Assign each group to an owner and set the items up as recurring tasks in your project management tool.

New client and contract

6 items
  • Out-of-scope work is spelled out in the proposal.
  • The contract states that ad spend is separate from the service fee and paid from the client's own account.
  • The contract covers minimum term, termination notice, and price update terms.

    5 checks before ads

    Check five things before you run an ad: 1. Are the ad account and Page in your name? 2. Have events like forms, calls, and WhatsApp taps been tested? 3. Who answers incoming messages, and how fast? 4. Does the bio link open on a phone? 5. Who approves the monthly budget? If all five are in place, the first week of ads starts on solid ground. If you don't know one of them, tell us in the comments and we'll look together. Save it and send it to your team. {AGENCY}

    Reels and short-video openers

    I opened the ad account. The first place I look isn't spend. It's Events Manager.

    Objection and hesitation hooks

    When a business says ‘too expensive,’ my first question isn't about price. It's how many inquiries they get a month.
