Phone, intro-call, follow-up, voicemail, and objection-branch scripts for client coordinators and practitioners. Address people by the name and form of address they gave you.
Inbound calls
Call from an ad
- Opening (0–15s)“{PRACTICE}, this is {COORDINATOR}, how can I help?” If the caller mentions a video or an ad: “Which one did you see, do you remember?”
- Discovery (15s–1.5 min)“Is the support for you, for you as a couple, or for your child?” · “Are you thinking online or in person?” · “Which days and times work for you?”
- Information (1.5–2.5 min)“The first step is a {LENGTH}-minute intro call. It isn't therapy; it's so you can be matched with the right practitioner. You don't need to explain the concern in detail.”
- Branch: “Should I tell you what it's about?”“If you like, you can share it when you speak with our practitioner. We don't go into detail on the phone, because this isn't the right place for that.”
- Close (2.5–3 min)“Would {OPTION_1} or {OPTION_2} work? I'll send the confirmation on WhatsApp; the message won't mention any topic.”
- Next stepIn the CRM, log only the source, the format, and the time window; leave the topic, diagnosis, and complaint fields empty.

First message from an adHi {FIRST_NAME}, thank you for writing to the {PRACTICE} team. I'm {COORDINATOR}, the client coordinator. To find the right practitioner for you, we start with a short intro call; it isn't therapy, just a chance to meet. Two quick questions: 1. Is the support for you, for you as a couple, or for your child? 2. Do you prefer online or in person? No need to write any details.
