  1. Opening (0–15 sec)‘{CLINIC}, this is {COORDINATOR}, how can I help?’ If the caller mentions a form: ‘Do you remember which page you came from?’ (Log the source in the CRM.)
  2. Discovery (15–90 sec)‘Which procedure would you like information about?’ · ‘How long have you been thinking about it, and why now?’ · ‘When could you plan surgery?’ · ‘Have you already talked to a surgeon?’ (Note the answers; don't comment on suitability or results.)
  3. Information (90–150 sec)‘Here's how it works: first, a consultation with the surgeon. They listen, examine you, and give you the options, risks, and recovery process in writing. The decision is yours afterward.’
  4. Branch A — Asks for the fee right away‘Because the fee depends on the plan the surgeon sets at the consultation, we don't quote numbers by phone; after the consultation, we give you every line item in writing.’
  5. Branch B — Wants to send photos‘We take photos only through the secure form; I'm sending you the link by message now.’
  6. Next step (150–180 sec)‘Would {DAY_1} or {DAY_2} work for a consultation? Do you prefer in person or by video?’ Close: ‘I'll send the appointment details in writing on WhatsApp.’
