Scripts for what a coordinator most often faces on the phone and in voicemail: openings and discovery, objection branches, the doctor call and close, voicemails, and difficult calls. Each line is split into time, step, and speaker; every medical question is routed to the doctor, and call times are chosen by the candidate's local time.

First call: form lead (4 min)

  1. 0–30 secOpeningCoordinator: ‘Hello {FIRST_NAME}, this is {COORDINATOR} calling from {ORGANIZATION}. I saw the form you filled in for {TREATMENT}; is now a good time to talk?’ (If not: ‘What time suits you? I'll call at your local time.’)
  2. 30 sec–1.5 minDiscoveryCoordinator: ‘Which country are you writing from? How long have you been thinking about treatment? Have you had treatment abroad before?’
  3. 1.5–2.5 minProcessCoordinator: ‘Here's how it works: you send your documents, our doctor reviews them and prepares a written preliminary plan, and if you like you have an interpreted call with the doctor. Nothing binds you before you decide.’
  4. 2.5–3.5 minDocumentsCoordinator: ‘I'm sending you the document list on WhatsApp now; photographing them with your phone is enough. Which day could you send them?’
  5. 3.5–4 minCloseCoordinator: ‘We'll give the price in writing together with the plan. Are you okay with receiving messages from this number?’

    Verifying a certificate

You can check whether an organization is authorized to treat international patients in three steps. 1. Ask for the certificate's number and scope; don't rely on a logo or a framed sheet of paper. 2. Read which organization name and which services the certificate covers. 3. Confirm its validity through the Ministry of Health's official sources. {ORGANIZATION} publishes its certificate details at {LINK}, and we can email you the document too. If a question comes to mind, write it in the comments and we'll answer in writing.
