Phone, intro-call, follow-up, voicemail, and objection-branch scripts for client coordinators and dietitians. Each one opens plainly, asks only a few discovery questions, and ends on a clear next step; none of them promises a weight number, writes a plan over the phone, or collects health data. Address people by the name and form of address they gave you.

Hi {FIRST_NAME}, thank you for writing to {PRACTICE}. I'm {DIETITIAN}. We start with a short intro session: we talk through your daily routine and expectations and see together whether we're a fit. Two quick questions: 1. Would you prefer to meet online or in person? 2. Which days and times work for you? No need to write any weight or lab information.
