  1. Opening (0–15s)‘{CLINIC}, this is {COORDINATOR}. How can I help?’ If the caller mentions an ad: ‘Do you remember which of our videos you saw?’ (Log the source in the CRM.)
  2. Discovery (15–90s)‘Which treatment would you like to know about?’ · ‘Is something bothering you now, or are you planning ahead?’ · ‘Which part of town do you live or work in?’
  3. Information (90–150s)‘At the first exam, the dentist looks inside your mouth, we take images if needed, and you get the options and the timeline in writing.’
  4. Branch — Calling from across town‘The easiest way to reach us is by {TRANSIT}; an evening appointment can be easier on traffic.’
  5. Branch — ‘Let me think about it’‘Of course. An exam doesn’t mean starting treatment; you get the plan and decide afterward.’
  6. Close (150–180s)‘Does {DAY_1} or {DAY_2} work better for you?’Next step: Send the address and confirmation on WhatsApp; in the CRM, set the source to ‘call – ad’ and note which video they saw.
