Scripts for the phone, the tour, and voice notes; each one moves through an opening, discovery questions, objection branches, and a next step. The ‘You’ lines are what the rep says, while the ‘Listen for’ and ‘Note’ lines are what to watch during the call and log afterward.

  3. Discovery (45–90s)You: Is it a wedding, an engagement, a henna night? Are you thinking seated dinner or cocktail? Who else is part of the decision?
  4. Branch — ‘Now's not a good time’You: Understood. Could I call for two minutes at {TIME_1} or {TIME_2} today? I can also write on WhatsApp if you prefer.
  5. Close (90–120s)You: The most accurate answers come from seeing the hall. Would {DAY_1} or {DAY_2} work for a tour?Next step: Book the tour, send location and confirmation on WhatsApp, and set the CRM status to ‘Tour booked’.
