Read ad, inquiry, and departure-fill data in 30 minutes each week, and at month-end build the report by departure. Interpret numbers against weeks to departure and the same period last season, not on their own.
Weekly ad check
- Each departure campaign's weekly spend was checked against budget; any gap over 15 percent was explained in writing beside that departure's fill data.
- Tour ads and ad sets that were rejected, limited, or learning-limited were listed, and those for the nearest departures were resolved first.
- If frequency passed 4 on retargeting sets or 2.5 on cold audiences, the tour creative was refreshed or the departure-city audience widened.
