A reply to a review in medical tourism does two jobs: it respects the person who wrote it and shows the foreign candidate reading it how your organization behaves. These replies don't confirm that someone is a patient, give no treatment details, and move the matter to a private channel. All are written in a polite, professional register.

    Verifying a certificate

You can check whether an organization is authorized to treat international patients in three steps. 1. Ask for the certificate's number and scope; don't rely on a logo or a framed sheet of paper. 2. Read which organization name and which services the certificate covers. 3. Confirm its validity through the Ministry of Health's official sources. {ORGANIZATION} publishes its certificate details at {LINK}, and we can email you the document too. If a question comes to mind, write it in the comments and we'll answer in writing.
