Check the path an inquiry from an ad or a call takes, from the first message through the post-tour review. Go over the list weekly with the sales team, and for every open item write down a person and a date.
First reply and qualifying
- WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, forms, email, and phone inquiries are collected in one place, and no channel lives on a separate phone.
- The first-reply target during business hours is written down, for example 10 minutes, with an after-hours greeting and a next-day time set.
- The auto-greeting on messages from ads asks for the tour, date, number of travelers, and departure city.
