Lead follow-up in an agency runs in two directions: the agency's own prospects, and the inquiries that come from a client's ads. This list covers both, because a client who replies late to leads damages the agency's results, too.
The agency's own inquiries: capture and first reply
- Account review, proposal, and contact forms land in the CRM with separate source tags, and WhatsApp and Instagram DMs are logged in the same list.
- After-hours inquiries have a morning call queue and an auto-reply that tells the person when they'll hear back.
- Every new inquiry is assigned to one person, and the unowned-inquiries report in the CRM comes back empty.

5 checks before adsCheck five things before you run an ad: 1. Are the ad account and Page in your name? 2. Have events like forms, calls, and WhatsApp taps been tested? 3. Who answers incoming messages, and how fast? 4. Does the bio link open on a phone? 5. Who approves the monthly budget? If all five are in place, the first week of ads starts on solid ground. If you don't know one of them, tell us in the comments and we'll look together. Save it and send it to your team. {AGENCY}

I opened the ad account. The first place I look isn't spend. It's Events Manager.
