In medical tourism, completed treatments arrive months later, so the weekly look reads the health of tracking, reply time, and the doctor's queue, and the monthly look reads cost per completed treatment. Run the first three groups every Monday in 30 minutes, and the last three in the first week of the month.

Weekly: spend, country, and tracking health

9 items
  • Weekly spend was read by country and language against plan, and for any country more than 20% off plan, the cause (delivery, rejection, budget cap) is written down.
  • Lead, Documents received, and Plan sent counts in Events Manager were compared with CRM records, and the reason for any gap is noted.
  • Event match quality was read per country, and if a country dropped because of phone number format (such as +44, +49, +971), the number format in the CRM was fixed.

    Verifying a certificate

You can check whether an organization is authorized to treat international patients in three steps. 1. Ask for the certificate's number and scope; don't rely on a logo or a framed sheet of paper. 2. Read which organization name and which services the certificate covers. 3. Confirm its validity through the Ministry of Health's official sources. {ORGANIZATION} publishes its certificate details at {LINK}, and we can email you the document too. If a question comes to mind, write it in the comments and we'll answer in writing.
