In plastic surgery, the time between inquiry and operation runs to weeks and sometimes months, so this list audits the whole path, not a single conversation. Go through it weekly with the coordinator, using five randomly chosen records.
First reply, time zones, and coverage
- A target for the first real reply during business hours (15 minutes, for example) is agreed with the clinic in writing; an auto-reply doesn't count.
- For inquiries from abroad, response time is calculated against the candidate's local time, and the time zone is on every record.
- The morning reply time for overnight inquiries, especially from abroad, is set and stated in the auto-reply along with the candidate's local time.
