Review this list with your advisors once a month, and run through it with each new advisor in their first week. Whether a lead comes from an ad, Instagram, the phone, or someone walking into the office, it should land in the same record and the same follow-up routine.
Capturing the lead and the CRM record
- Every quote request enters the CRM at first contact with its channel and campaign name; requests with an unknown source are counted weekly.
- The record has separate fields for name, phone, product, the current policy's end date, the current insurer, and the customer's priority.
- Form, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, phone, and directory leads land in the same list, and anything entered by hand is processed the same day.
