Tick this list before you publish a new service page, case, report, or ad. In B2B consulting the risk usually sits in a few places: unsupported results claims, client information used without permission, cold outreach, and the data you process. The list doesn't replace legal advice; confirm current rules with official sources and a legal adviser.
Results, savings, and superiority claims
- Every numeric claim on the site, in ads, and in proposals (‘X percent savings’, ‘results in Y weeks’) has its source, period, and calculation on file.
- A result from a single client isn't generalized; the case page states the starting point and notes that results vary by client and conditions.
- Superiority wording such as ‘leader’, ‘best’, ‘number one’, or ‘Turkey's most established’ has written support, and unsupported lines were cut.

Three-mistakes postThe three mistakes we see most often with {TOPIC}: 1. {MISTAKE_1} 2. {MISTAKE_2} 3. {MISTAKE_3} What the three share: {COMMON_THREAD}. Instead, we suggest starting with {SUGGESTION}; {DURATION} is enough for the first step. Which one shows up most at your company? Tell me in the comments and I'll answer one with a concrete example.
