Run through the list at least twice a year and before every major campaign, looking at it through a compliance lens. Rules change; check the current regulations of the institutions named, and ask a legal advisor about anything you're unsure of.
Agency license, legal name, and promotion
- The agency's legal name and license number appear on the website, in ads, and in promotional materials in the form the regulations require.
- The license group covers the products the agency sells, and out-of-scope products like hajj and umrah aren't promoted.
- The current rule was checked with Ministry of Culture and Tourism and TURSAB announcements, and the date of the check is on record.
