- checklist
Items to check from preparing venue, setup, and team shoots through publishing and archiving. The permission and consent record for any shot with a couple, guest, or child is built into the list; footage without a record doesn't go into the edit.
A week before the shoot
- The shoot day is on the venue's event calendar; there's no tour, setup, or other event in the hall that day.
- The shot list is written: empty hall, details, bridal suite, rain area, service door, and the exterior at blue hour.
- For every shot, the note says which video it's for (Reels, ad, Story, web) and which aspect ratios to export.
