    Shutoff points guide

    When something goes wrong at home, the first 60 seconds matter. Find these three spots today: 1. Main water valve: usually {VALVE_LOCATION}. 2. Breaker panel: next to the front door or {PANEL_LOCATION}. 3. Gas valve: right next to the meter. Try closing and reopening the water valve once. A valve no one has touched in years can stick right when you need it. If you smell gas, shut the gas valve, don't touch any light switches, and call 187, Turkey's natural gas emergency line. Can't find one of them? Send us a photo and we'll walk you through it. {HASHTAGS}

    Crystallization explainer

    Did your honey crystallize? It hasn't gone bad. Crystallization is a natural process in many honeys: the sugars in the honey form crystals over time, and that alone isn't a sign of spoilage or additives. To bring it back, stand the jar with the lid on in warm water below 40°C (104°F). Don't boil the water. Signs of spoilage are different: {WARNING_SIGNS}. If you see one, write to us. Save this for the next time it crystallizes.

    Getting used to tooth brushing

    On day one, start brushing your pet's teeth with a finger, not a brush. Day 1: Touch your finger to the edge of the lip and give a treat right away. Day 3: Introduce the finger brush and touch a few teeth briefly. Day 7: Brush the front teeth for {DURATION} seconds. Let your pet set the pace, and end the session if they get restless. If you notice bleeding, swelling, or pain, stop and ask your veterinarian. Choose toothpaste from what your vet recommends, and never use human toothpaste. Save this and start tonight. Leave your questions in the comments and our vet {VET_NAME} will answer.

    Donor area explainer

    In a hair transplant, the donor area sets the limits of the plan. The hair at the back and sides of the head is where grafts come from, and that supply isn't unlimited. In this carousel, our doctor, {DOCTOR}, walks through how the donor area is assessed in 6 slides: density, the size of the area, hair thickness, and what you may need down the road. Reading a label at the store

    At the store, my hand always goes to the same place: the back of the package. I look at three lines: 1. The ingredient list. It's ordered by amount; the first three items describe most of the product. 2. The nutrition facts table. If it says “per 100 grams,” remember that what you eat may be different. 3. The added sugar line. I don't read any of them as “buy it or don't”; I read them just to know what I'm buying. Shall we walk the {PRODUCT_TYPE} aisle together in the next video? Save this, you'll want it at the store. {DIETITIAN}, {TITLE}

    Net vs. gross square meters

    Which square meters are you looking at? Net m²: the space you actually use inside the apartment. Gross m²: that plus walls and a share of common areas; how balconies are counted can vary by project. Our listings show both. Take our {ROOM_COUNT} in {NEIGHBORHOOD}: {NET_SQM} m² net, {GROSS_SQM} m² gross. When you compare listings, compare net to net. Leave your questions in the comments.
