A caption finishes the job of a post: the visual catches attention, the caption delivers the information and points to a next step. These templates cover practical tips, recipes, process, team, FAQs, and seasonal posts in a friendly “you” voice; none of them has a weight or timeline promise, a comment on bodies, or a client result.

Reading a label at the store

At the store, my hand always goes to the same place: the back of the package. I look at three lines: 1. The ingredient list. It's ordered by amount; the first three items describe most of the product. 2. The nutrition facts table. If it says “per 100 grams,” remember that what you eat may be different. 3. The added sugar line. I don't read any of them as “buy it or don't”; I read them just to know what I'm buying. Shall we walk the {PRODUCT_TYPE} aisle together in the next video? Save this, you'll want it at the store. {DIETITIAN}, {TITLE}

    Hi {FIRST_NAME}, thank you for writing to {PRACTICE}. I'm {DIETITIAN}. We start with a short intro session: we talk through your daily routine and expectations and see together whether we're a fit. Two quick questions: 1. Would you prefer to meet online or in person? 2. Which days and times work for you? No need to write any weight or lab information.
