The two most common mistakes after a quote goes out: never following up, or texting “So, what do you think?” every day. This plan gives each touch a new piece of information or something that makes the decision easier, and it closes the loop politely on day 14. If the patient says no at any point, the plan ends there.
| Day | Channel | Goal |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | WhatsApp + email | Send the written quote and confirm it arrived. |
| 1 | Phone (WhatsApp if no answer) | Answer questions and clear up anything unclear. |
| 3 | Share something new: the process, the doctor, payment options. | |
| 7 | Ask what's in the way: what do they need in order to decide? | |
| 14 | Close the follow-up and leave the door open. |
