This is the scope appendix to the service agreement between {AGENCY} and {CLINIC}. Term: monthly, starting {START_DATE}. A. Monthly deliverables - Social media: {POST_COUNT} posts per month ({REELS_COUNT} Reels, {CAROUSEL_COUNT} carousels), {STORY_COUNT} Stories per week - Up to {REVISION_COUNT} rounds of revisions per piece of content - Shoots: {SHOOT_DAYS} half-day shoot(s) per month - Ad management: up to {CAMPAIGN_COUNT} active campaigns on Meta and Google; ad budget not included - Reporting: 1 written report and a 30-minute call per month - Community management: replies to comments during business hours; incoming messages routed to the clinic's patient coordinator within {RESPONSE_TIME} B. Out of scope (priced separately) - Website design and development - Print work (brochures, signage, catalogs) - Additional shoot days; studio, model, and equipment rental - Running WhatsApp sales conversations with patients on the clinic's behalf - Ad budget and platform fees C. Change requests Every out-of-scope request is submitted in writing. The agency sends a quote with a timeline and price within {QUOTE_DAYS} business days, and work begins after the clinic's written approval. D. Approval times The clinic responds to content drafts within {APPROVAL_DAYS} business days. Content without a response in that window moves to the next publishing slot. Deliverables delayed by the clinic don't roll over to the next month; deliverables delayed by the agency do. E. Compliance and approval Any content containing medical information is approved by a doctor before it's published. The agency may decline, with an explanation, any request it considers contrary to the Turkish Ministry of Health's current advertising rules. F. Review The scope is reviewed together every {REVIEW_FREQUENCY}.
